2016 Jordans For Sale, With the Air Jordan 17 currently on shelves, and slated to launch in a few more colorways before the year’s out, Jordan Brand will look to retro another of its newer (which is to say post-XIIII) Air Jordans in early-2017: the Air Jordan 15. Today we look ahead to a new colorway, albeit one that’s rooted in the past. The Air Jordan 15 Navy rocks a dark blue leather-and-woven upper similar to one of the model’s OG styles, but adds in a grey heel and black midfoot. The variation deftly showcases the shoe’s unique design, while keeping the focus on the fashionable woven section. Featuring a Black full grain leather upper with woven material running across the base. Varsity Red comes into play on the back heel strip finished with the most unique feature, the tongues which was inspired by Michael Jordan.
Cheap Jordans 2016, The Air Jordan 15 was the first shoe after MJ’s second retirement. It sources its inspiration from the aircraft prototype X-15, which NASA originally developed during the 1950s. The X-15 broke speed records and set its own, much like Jordan did for most of his career. Jordan pushed limits and that is exactly what Tinker Hatfield and the other designers wanted to capture that. Inspired, in part, by NASA’s X-15 Fighter Jet, the Jordan 15 arrived as the first official Jordan Brand release that the then-retired Michael Jordan wouldn’t be wearing on the court. Like the premium Italian shoes that inspired the Jordan 2, other design cues implemented by Tinker Hatfield included a woven pattern on the upper and a moccasin look with its high, cushioned collar.
This was the first New Jordans 2016 after Jordan’s retirement. Many wondered whether or not Jordan Brand would continue to release shoes despite Jordan’s absence from the NBA. The shoes did not sell too well to put it politely, though, many doubt that the Air Jordan 15’s being on Jordan’s feet would have made much of a difference. Many people said this was a rip-off of a Prada shoe when it comes to the red stripe at the back of the shoe. Maybe the Prada shoes were inspiration sources for Hatfield as well, but that’s very uncertain. The Air Jordan 15 "Stealth" will be returning as part of Jordan Brand’s Spring 2017 retro release lineup. The silhouette is inspired by the X-15 Fighter Jet that was developed by NASA in the 1950s, were it got its "Stealth" nickname from, along with its slick dark look. Originally released back in December 1999, the Air Jordan 15 "Stealth" returns for another retro debut in its original Black and Varsity Red color scheme.
