| Description | The Phoenix Suns in 1993 made the NBA Finals behind Charles Barkley's efforts. The team was outstanding and featured Charles Barkley in the prime of his career. Barkley's asking price was not met by 2K, so the 1993 Suns were dropped from the lineup.
2K Sports needs to reach financial agreements with players who have retired for them to be able to incorporate their similarity to this game. This will make the classic teams and also allow 2K Sports to add new excellent units into the game.
While the list is long it does include some notable names that are included: Charles Barkley and Reggie Miller, Rasheed Wallace and Metta World Peace.
Classic Teams - Classic teams are my most favorite feature of NBA 2K. There's something quite cool about having teams from the past facing up against one another. How does the Bulls team compare to the current NBA?
This problem can be solved by incorporating classic teams. In the PlayNow mode, it is possible for the 1996 Bulls to play against the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers title-winning team. This is pure fantasy basketball.
