A suite of multiplayer modes, inspired by battle arena experiences like Dota 2 or League of Legends, are also included.Battleborn debuts in February and a beta arrives before thatAfter sharing plenty of new details, screenshots, and videos at E3 2015 in June, the two companies have made a few big announcements at Gamescom 2015 this week.First up, Battleborn is set to officially launch on February 9, 2016, for PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms. An open beta stage will be available across all devices ahead of that launch and more details about it will be offered later this year.Besides the release details, 2K and Gearbox have also offered information about four new characters. There's Ambra, a melee specialist that can also heal allies while attacking.
